Purposes

Once a year the members of the GPN gather in Germany for the Global Peacebuilders Summit. This is a closed event for members only. The weeklong summit has four purposes:

• Common & mutual learning (effective, impactful methods and strategies)
• Strengthening the members through lived solidarity and mutual support, including, but not limited to, the Joint Emergency Team
• Enabling cross-border cooperation
• Connecting local peacebuilders to relevant partners in Germany/Europe

The next summit will take place in
spring 2025 in Tunis (Tunesia)
